	Company Picnic Games Program

Includes: Specially sectioned off playing area with pennants, flags decorated poles & streamers All gaming materials, portable public address system and colorful characters to lead participants through panoply of pleasures, puzzles and paraphernalia particularly picked to match the proclivities of the game participants. Arrival time 1-2 Hours in advance of first game.(We recommend that no other activity be going on during game portion of your picnic) Age Groups (Children Under 5 yrs.: Achievement games, all kids get prize, Children 5-12 yrs.: Competition games with a gentle touch, Adults & Children 12 yrs.-up: Competition games)

Basic Schedule:

Set 1: 45 Minutes Children's Games (Under 5 yrs) resetting time

Set 2: 45 Minutes Children's Games (5-12 yrs.)
resetting time

Set 3: 45 Minutes Adult & Children Games (12 yrs.-up)

Approx. 4-6 Games per set: Actual games take 2-3 Minutes each

Awards/Prizes to be given after each game

Will vary depending on number of participants per age group Games tailored to participants in each age group.

Game Master & Assistant: $750
Good for up to 200 people

Additional Assistant: Needed for picnics where there will be over 200 people in attendance $150

Additional Option: Picnic director (Coordinates all activities at event for up to 8 Hrs.) $250

Travel charge may be added depending upon location
